Six questions to ask — every time.
- 1.Are my doctors and hospitals in-network?
- 2.Are all my prescriptions covered, and at what tier?
- 3.What is the total estimated yearly cost (premium + out-of-pocket)?
- 4.Does the plan cover me when I travel?
- 5.What dental, vision, hearing, or fitness extras are included?
