Before You Choose a Plan

Six questions to ask — every time.

  • 1.Are my doctors and hospitals in-network?
  • 2.Are all my prescriptions covered, and at what tier?
  • 3.What is the total estimated yearly cost (premium + out-of-pocket)?
  • 4.Does the plan cover me when I travel?
  • 5.What dental, vision, hearing, or fitness extras are included?
  • 6.What's the maximum out-of-pocket for the year?
